We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The terrace was lovely and spent a lot of time there. Perhaps a sunshade could be supplied especially in the summer months.

The hotel is very modern, clean, breakfast delish and great choice available. We stayed in September and had a suite which was massive at a very reasonable price with breakfast included. Every member of staff are exceptionally wecloming, friendly and helpful and they could not do enough for us. The hotel is around the corner from the busy clubbing street bit it is not in your face so of its not your thing, which it wasn't ours uou just head in a fufferent direction where within a few minutes there are lovely quieter areas , especially down by the marina where there are lovely bars and restaurants. It is a great base though as there is a bus stop just a minutes walk from the hotel, bolt or taxi arrive almost within a minute! We had a car and there was parking u der the hotel for €10 per day. Oh and there is a lovely little rooftop pool, small but lovely to cool off in while sunbathing on the loungers

Location is really good, walking distance from everything, it's quite in the center of everything you need. (Yacht marina to the left, party place to the back, lots of restaurants in the front, and little cafés to the right) Also a bus stop exactly in front of the hotel. Recommended to take Bolt, there was a taxi stand in front of the hotel too but they always charge more than Bolt or Uber. Employees were all super friendly and helpful, special thanks to our new friend Hasan from the reception desk, he has a really good heart for his job and helped us with all our questions! If he still has room to get some type of promotion: he deserves it! (HASAAAAAAAAN!!!)

I traveled with my girlfriend and we stayed there between 8th and 12th of august. Everything was amazing. We arrived to St. Julians around 11am, four hours before check-in starts, but they made sure our room is ready as soon as possible and we got it really quickly. Staff in hotel is very kind, friendly and helpful. I’m not sure what’s the name of one of the receptionists, he worked afternoons, helped us with a little problem we had with out room doors and he is probably the nicest human being I’ve ever met. Everything in the room is brand new and works perfectly. It’s also very clean. There is a pool on the rooftop with an amazing view, we spent one evening there and they let us stay inside as long as we wanted. It was my third time in Malta, when I come back I’ll definitely stay in Onyx Hotel again.

The location was perfect, in the heart of St Julian’s but away from all the noisy bars and clubs, the hotel was incredible and deserves 5 stars, immaculately clean, amazing, friendly and polite staff, a superb breakfast selection with something for everyone, we stayed in a spacious penthouse suite, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, great en-suite shower, there was a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, television and the icing on the cake was truly the hot tub on the terrace!

Exceptional Experience at a Modern Hotel I recently stayed at this very modern hotel that has just opened, and my experience was exceptional. We were upgraded to a Digital Nomad room, which was perfect for both work and relaxation. The room featured a desk with a monitor, a large TV, and a refreshment center. The breakfast offered at the hotel was very good, providing a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had an amazing time and will surely be back.

This is a great hotel in excellent location with all amenities in the vicinity. Our group stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and sparkling clean. If you want to be in the St. Julians area and have everything (restaurants, shops, beach) on your doorstep, then this is place for you. Would definitely recommend this place as it's great value for money!

Loved everything. Great job, guys. Hotel is brand new, staff is still motivated, fun but still professional and respectful. Loved the pool and the great view from the roof. Great breakfast.

Friendly staff, spotless clean and new. the room was excepcionally spacious, the bed very confortable, even the hair dryer was good quality (far from the cheap ones that hoteles ussualy have) The location could not be better, all you need, you’ll find around. (bus stops, restaurants, groceries, starbucks around the corner, Mercury mall couple of blocks, pharmacy, etc…). Definitely will stay here whenever I come back.

Clean, modern, functional room. Helpful staff. We had a room with a hot tub which was lovely, highly recommend. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice.
